I built a data warehouse for Préstamo Seguro, a pawnshop chain with 150 branches, using a PostgreSQL star schema with two fact tables for pawns and sales and eight dimension tables, along with the corresponding DDL and DML scripts. I then developed a Tableau dashboard to visualize operational performance, and the analysis linked losses to inventory turnover, supporting a proposed target of under 60 days. Additionally, I developed a complete-linkage hierarchical clustering model on 238,000 records across nine variables to segment operations and uncover patterns that informed data-driven recommendations.
